Some of the frameworks are useful only for Desktop, like PreferenceKit and Camaelon. I don't think we need to separate the frameworks and desktop. Just release whatever we have. But I do suggest to release as 0.1 instead of 1.0. We are still far from 1.0. By the way, I would like to add SQLite client in the release list.
