Good comparison. I have only one note to this and that is I like the Xerox approach to icon size: 1 inch. That is very comfortable size, easy to hit, easy to handle, easy to understand and there is lots of space there to draw almost anything. That should be default icon size for Etoile too. Regarding the size, everything in Etoile should be measured in display independent units: cm, in, pt,... no px should be used. Any other comments about icons?
