About GNUmakefile.preamble modification in this commit.
I don't think license notices are necessary in makefiles, it seems
that many free software projects don't include them.
In fact, I removed most of GNUmakefile notices for Étoilé in the
previous months.
That's just my take on this one. I don't know if there is an official
advice, like an FSF statement on this point.
