Yes. The application menus stay floating around but the
EtoileMenuServer's menubar sits on top of those, ususally hiding them,
but not if menus are still displayed. Happens occasionally.
2. When I switch back into GWorkspace from another app, the menu
drops about
a pixel or two. Continued switches drop the menu further, until it is
eventually completely off the menubar.
Could be a problem with your window manager.
I remember having seen that when I played around with a non-compliant
window manager. Can't remember which, though, but drove me nuts when I
switched between windows and panels in GNUMail...
