Just curious to know why you cache browser path here. Is UI not
responsive enough when a link is clicked without this optimization?
If the user changes the defaults without closing Grr, the web browser
path won't be updated now.
Well… My objection could be dubious because the code doesn't resync
the defaults before using them. I don't remember whether such resync
is needed or not to take in account default changes made by other
applications.
Well, I think it is a bug. :)
I didn't test it enough to realize this problem.
I was planing to use PreferencesKit first before improving the whole thing.
I will fix it later.
