Why create this file GNUmakefile.headers_build when the number of
headers is quite limited. Is it related to the test bundle?
Well, I just copy from other framework. :P
That's why i said it is cosmetic change.
The purpose for it is to mimic the <PaneKit/PKxxx.h> if it is not
installed yet.
And as far as I remember, the reason to do that is for the case
when people do not use <PaneKit/PaneKit.h>, but
a single class such as <PaneKit/PKPreferencePane.h>.
True, but such code is/was already present in Source/GNUmakefile of
PreferencesKit.
In fact, iirc PaneKit.h won't be usable if you don't install the
headers it includes.
