If you specify the .en suffix (in the URL bar, or in a link) then you  
get to the English one.  I think once you've gone to one page in  
English, Apache should be clever enough to keep you in English for  
the rest of the session, so you just need a link somewhere to  
index.en.html (or index.html.en, whichever we use).  It's probably  
worth testing though...
