Looks nice! May be with this change we can get rid of 
COSQLiteStore.maxNumberOfDeltaCommits which I introduced to support testing 
revision deletion during a history compaction?

For history compaction tests, I'm currently setting this property to 0 to 
prevent any delta revisions to be created.
