It looks they sign up nothing ;-)
But by reading CIA website documentation, I found there is only a
script to commit into our repository in order to use CIA. The script
should be committed in 'hooks' directory, but I don't really know
whether this is a special SVN directory or some directory we choose
to play this role. Well, it's surely explained in SVN documentation.
