I understand that the acute E's are the correct spelling, but it's a
pain to enter the URL correctly for those of us on English keyboard
layouts.
Perhaps there should be an "Etoile" disambiguation page with a link to
"Étoilé". (Even Evolution's mailreader widget did not recognize it as
part of the URL.)

Totally agree. The accents can be a pain. The disambiguation page is a
great idea.
