The simplest way to do so would probably be to put it into a seperate
library or framework, so that it is ensured that has to dependencies to
any web browser code. In addition, it would make it easy to reuse it in
HelpViewer etc.

It will be the ultimate goal.
But I prefer to wait until we can bypass the GTK binding.
It requres GCC 4.1.
And currently, it is hard to compile a language binding outside the
mozilla source code.
So now, I just want to use it as a prototype for some other functions,
such as bookmark or history.
And since we can incorporate the main loop of glib,
I am thinking to work on the GStreamer binding,
which is very useful for multimedia applications.
