 Actually container:: won't do because it cannot take titles.
 So I modify the div.section and hr.docutils
 to have margin-left: 250px;
 and it seems to work so far.

  I put the script in svn (Etoile/Documentation/Developer/readme.io)
  and add the line you suggest.
