Hello Every time i try to launch etoilé it fail because of gdnc. I recompiled both Etoile and GNUstep many time this week without success. Maybe it's the fact that i'm using a 64 bit environment ?
If someone have a clue or know how configuring Gnustep correctly ? I will try to install it on another architecture to test... That's my error : 2007-04-24 12:36:50.230 etoile_system[24892] Setting up SCSystem server instance etoile_system: Uncaught exception NSInternalInconsistencyException, reason: unable to contact GDNC server - please check that the gdnc process is running. I attempted to start it at '/usr/GNUstep/System/Tools/gdnc' /usr/local/bin/etoile: line 1: 24892 Abandon etoile_system if i launch gdnc manually with --daemon and i do a control-z it segfault. Thanks for answers
