ok. I'm fine with this idea.

In Themes directory of the repository…we should probably keep empty  
folders named Nesedah.theme and GNUstep.icontheme with inside just a  
NOTE file which explains these themes are embedded inside Camaelon  
and IconKit respectively by default.
