Upper left should trigger the current app's Application menu (on click). Upper right should trigger the Flower menu (on click). Meaning we should probably move the flower menu to the right, as well. I remember there being some issues with doing that... is moving it still a problem. Eventually, we'd probably want one to trigger a shelf and the other to open an Object Manager search (a la Spotlight).
