It is a side-effect of not using etoile_system. :)
If you terminate AZDock normally (contextual menu on Etoile icon),
the docked application will be stored.
But if you simply logout without terminating AZDock first,
then AZDock does not know you logout and will not store the launched
applications.
In another word, -applicationWillTerminate: is not called when you logout
("AZDock.m" line 884 of 984).
The solution is to catch signal 'SIGINT' as MenuServer,
but I don't know how portable it is.
