There was a warning of NSImageRep, something was initialized with nil 
data. I get loads of these kinds warnings and logs from GNUstep and 
Etoile so I didn't care in the first place. Nothing indicated (to me at 
least) that an exception in one of the bundles being loaded kept the 
display server from finishing its initialisation. :-(
