At least I have found about this menu problem now. It is definitely not a menu 
server problem, but the menu window as such must be moved to the other desktop 
as well. This is a bit confusing as the menu is displayed on the appropriate 
desktop. It looks like the responder window is somewhere else, however. So what 
is missing is the functionality to move the application and _all_ its 
associated windows and then the menu should work fine.
