Can you give me the svn version of GNUstep you installed and the one
of Etoile too? I suppose you checked out GNUstep trunk?
By reading the log you put in attachment, it seems there is an issue
with invocation forwarding:
2008-11-21 17:42:39.800 etoile_system[6741] cifframe.m:785 Assertion
failed in cifframe_do_call. Invalid parameter not satisfying:
GSSelectorTypesMatch(encoded_types, type)

I think it may be related to GDNC (Distributed Objects daemon) which
is heavily used by System. I have seen that various changes were
recently committed to distributed objects support in GNUstep, so
perhaps this causes some problems I can try to recreate it on my
machine. I'll check System code too in the meantime.

Does anybody else has troubles with DO or invocation forwarding with
current GNUstep svn?

Cheers,
Quentin.
