Services/Private/System (etoile_system) isn't not included in stable  
and the release 0.4. This also holds for various other modules such  
Azalea, AZDock etc. The first one is not solid enough and needs more  
work and AZDock future hasn't been decided yet.
0.4 release and stable are currently developer-oriented and don't  
provide a user environment but only separate frameworks and  
applications, mostly to show what we can be done with those frameworks.
If setup.sh, creates the script 'etoile', it's just because it wasn't  
updated in time as I explained it previously :-) This will be fixed  
and better documented.
