I don't think so. I've pushed some quite big changes into GNUstep recently (complete rewrites of most of the thread-related classes, for example) which need testing before the next release, but currently aren't used by anything we're planning on pushing into the next release. Quentin or Eric will have to answer this one, but I think the things that we depend on in unstable GNUstep are relatively small fixes, so we could wrap them up in a compatibility bundle relatively easily (just a few replacement methods on a few classes), but I could be wrong.
