You can't find 'extreme tux racer' on the installer cd's. But you still can
find it on Ubuntu DVD repository in universe section.
(FYI: The Ubuntu software repository is divided into four components --> main,
restricted, universe and multiverse)
You can get the Ubuntu software repository from the ubuntu community in arround
you.
