We did a trade--two of them went to Stan for a discount on boxen, so
Stan has two if anybody would like him to throw together a rackmount
server.
Otherwise, it's gvsystems.com. They don't have the cases listed, but if
you call and ask for the blue 4U cases, they will know which ones. They
also have some good prices on other stuff ($40 3C905B) if you look in
the industrial section.
