If I remember correctly you may have to compile the driver into
the kernel to get two of the same type of cards to work. I don't
know if this got fixed in recent kernels or not. The easy fix
is to use a different network card. Also, you might make sure
you have these in your /etc/modules.conf (or /etc/conf.modules?):
alias eth0 ne
alias eth1 ne
options ne io=0x300,0x340 irq=10,11
Then try "modprobe eth0" and "modprobe eth1". If your cards are
found, reboot and then configure the interfaces from the gui.
