[EUG-LUG:3080] linux kernel and ac patches

Alan just released 2.4.10-ac4, which is a 2.4.10 merge minus the VM
change.  Does this mean it is a 2.4.10 tree with the applied patch?
or a 2.4.9 tree?  I would think it's .10, but the changlog makes it
look like one big patch.  ???
