The people I've worked with have been reliable in that if they said they would,
they did.  Where it falls down is in the business end.  After you do the work, put
your time in so the customer can be billed for it and you can receive your just
deserts, or carrots and radishes.

Your last paragraph is what got me all excited about this as the concept started
taking shape during conversations with Seth and some accounts and business
consultants.  The caution is we are sailing in rough seas that have been mined in a
glass bottom boat.

This could be really fun.
