Looks like you dont have grep! bummer.... 
If you have an image named butt.jpg (and you libjpeg...) you can do:
bsetbg butt.jpg
if you want the image fullscreen:
bsetbg -f butt.jpg

This machine doesnt have blackbox... so I cant copy the man page in this 
message....
