Sigh... I just got this one... Presumably its just a way to get web traffic... (I intentionally left out the email address it came from...) but there was no message, just a subject line, and an email address it came from... just think about how many poor shlumps that got all excited and thought they were being detectives by loading up the domain name in their browser... who wants to write a nice mail filter that does a ping -f (or whatever...) for the subject line :)
