Of course, my current laptop is a 2.2 kernel, so I am excited to get to 2.4, to say nothing about 2.6. Old school baby. I was leaning toward debian and will probably give that a shot, tho I am interested in Gentoo. I may save this until I eventually by a new desktop for personal use.
