To someone who makes infrequent L/D calls, I don't see much value in
this.  If broadband 'Net access is <= $50 and basic phone service is
~$20, it looks like a wash.

And, if I may say so, given that VOIP is about to make POTS service
obsolete, it even seems a bit steep.  Are heavy L/D callers the target
for this service?
