Good News - we have internet access in the N building for tomorrow's
presentation.
Bad News - While hooking this up we found the last pair of fiber to be
used had a bad strand - and I had to do some mickey mouse wiring to get
around that for the Sat. presentation.. This is not insurmountable ( we
have our own fiber repair team and they apparently originally ran this
fiber ) but may delay final implementation.
The second piece im waiting on for cutover is Qwest - I need a static IP
to do VPN during the day for employees who may want to use that building.
Hopefully the two will come together within the next month.. I think
that's reasonable with the fiber repair, its Qwest I may be doubting...
but I'll keep everyone informed.

Also .. I have a new machine at home and I think I lost a couple of
threads off my buffer moving from one machine to another.. the VMWare
stuff specifically I remember missing a thread. Something about a hard
drive addition - repost and I can pick that back up.
