It's actually neither. It's "Micro NLX", which if you're not familiar with it is a standard that Intel was really pushing in the late 90's. AFAIK, only a handful of manufacturers ended up adopting it, like Gateway who made this machine, and nobody uses it anymore. IIRC, it was the first "real" small form factor industry standard.
