Total aside:
Read, or think through the problem, I believe the 30+ year old book title is
"Caddilac Desert" re: water and I guess electric power wars?
WATER IS THE ISSUE, well of course it does take electricity to pump it, and
water at Boulder dam in Colorado to produce the electricity to pump it. I am
all confused? [ITERATIONS LOOP]
