Darren, I was told by EPUD a couple of months ago that Blake is in charge
of lists.opn.org . I was going to contact him soon --if I am lucky I'll
let you know...............Horst
Well yes, it seems like I am lucky re: spam. Most the bounces come from
members that try attachments or too many recipients (I don't support cross
posting). The more active list on OPN has a bit over a 100 members, the
other one 30+

I think Clif Cox is the individual you want to speak with -- I'm not 100%
sure if he runs the listserv though, but I know he handles hosting for
EFN/OPN/EPUD. I also admin a few OCF lists which are post-by-subscribers
only, and AFAIK subscription is open, but like Horst's experience we are
very lucky and get very little spam (which I promptly discard).
Maybe Larry knows more?

...
Appx 50 spam's a day show up in Mailman admin on a list I help support
which
runs on lists.opn.org Mailman server (EFN hosting). I have emailed the
list
server admin, support and postmaster addresses without a response
regarding
spam filtering issues or updating Mailman server software. Was hoping
someone on this list might have connection to EFN Hosting or OPN. ;-)
You can view the list of Mailman upgrades and security patches released
during the last two years at www.list.org
