I would seriously doubt that. I took msn because I had to for the locked
in low price deal, but I NEVER use it. We tried to use their service,
but since it locked me into using Outlook or Outlook Express (HTML Mail
format), I ended up going back to Yahoo. 

May have to contact Qwest support and ask THEM. Sounds like her provider
is afraid of losing her account, and if that is why they are generating
the fear, then I think they ought to be fired.

My client had already set up her qwurst account by the time she hired me

and I ain't sussed out yet how to retrofit.  Her provider (out in 
Dexter) made it sound like the amputation of msn would be fatal.
