I would seriously doubt that. I took msn because I had to for the locked in low price deal, but I NEVER use it. We tried to use their service, but since it locked me into using Outlook or Outlook Express (HTML Mail format), I ended up going back to Yahoo.
May have to contact Qwest support and ask THEM. Sounds like her provider is afraid of losing her account, and if that is why they are generating the fear, then I think they ought to be fired.
