I am finding that a video documentation approach is working wonders with the
novice technology user.  I'm using and supplying these digital cameras that
have Movie making / TV playback features that are awesome.  The price for
these, Canon 590 Powershots is really cheap at $100.  Just mail the SD card
back and forth for the price of a stamp.

I know I'm off the mark of your HTML target...but I wanted to mention it to
the group...thanks to the blind group tip, didn't have much luck at the
Ubuntu Forums.
