This is really cool recent development. Go TO: http://www.fablab.af/fabfi/ It is a MIT open source project being used in Afghanistan and Kenya. Very cool DIY, cheap, and fascinating "can-do" solution. Linux. Please would one of you properly post this and start a thread on ITPro forum and EUGLUG if you deem it worthy.
