We are hosting the* *first "*34 Hat BURC Beach UltimateTournament " *on the 18 and 19 of September. There will be games on BURC* *Beach all day long Saturday and Sunday, and we will be partying on Saturday night. The event will start off on Friday night in the hotel and players from all levels are invited. *Abstract: *Type: Hat Tournament / Beach Tournament Location: BURC Beach Kilyos/ İstanbul Date: 18-19 September. Hotel entrance will be on 17th September night. Accommodation: At the hotel in Boğaziçi University Sarıtepe campus for two nights * *Costs: Early registration: Regular 65Euro, Student: 55Euro. Teams will be formed at random from the pool of participants. Games will be run on a regulation-sized beach Ultimate field and each game will last roughly 50 minutes. Players can expect* *to play a minimum of seven games over the two days. *Accommodation: Two nights stay at the hotel *in Bogazici University Saritepe Campus which is right next to the beach. This includes two breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday morning), two dinners (Friday and Saturday evenings), both buffet. * * *Important!* * Check-in time for the hotel is on the 17th of September, Friday evening. Check-out time is on the 19th of September, Sunday afternoon. Costs: *Since the hotel wants to make things certain before September, there are two registration options. *Early registration (Before 31 August 2010) :* - 125 TL (65 Euro) for non-students. - 100 TL (55 Euro) for students. *Late registration (After 1 September 2010) :* - 175 TL (90 Euro) for non-students. - 125 TL (65 Euro) for students. *The costs cover:* - Accommodation expenses stated in the Accommodation tab. - Two breakfasts and two dinners; both buffet. - Participation in the event and entrance to BURC Beach. - All the fun you are going to have *How to register:* You can visit *http://www.34hat.com/* <http://www.34hat.com/> and fill in the short registration form.
