Since the Face On Mars, has recently been discussed on this message board, I
am sending you this hyperlink to a letter from Dr. Ed Weiler, the NASA
Associate Administrator for Space Science. In the letter(May 11,2001) Dr.
Weiler states that NASA took the April 8,2001(released on May 24,2001)Face On
Mars photo as a result of FACETS written request. He also says that it is
NASA's policy that all possibilities for the origin of the Cydonia landforms
shoulde be explored. Obviously, these statements by Dr. Ed Weiler don't prove
that the Cydonia landforms are alien artifacts. However, they are very
