Buran back in business?

According to a Dutch mailinglist the Buran-programme (the Russian Shuttle) is to be 
started up again.

The Russians are supposed to use the Buran not only for trips to ISS but even to Mars!

Maybe this will speed up NASA's Mars-plans?
