Title: Message
I wonder if this announcement has a typo?  I think they meant to say "hydrocarbons" or "methane" and not "water".  With a surface temp of ~100 K, Titan is a little chilly for liquid water.  The orginal sentence is:
 
"In addition, Titan's environment (atmosphere and surface) provides a reference laboratory to study, by default, the role of liquid water in exobiology."

Only 651 more days until SOI...
