There is a private space organization located in Fairbanks, Alaska
named the International Space Exploration and Colonization Co. (ISECCo).
They started in 1988 with some lofty space plans and have currently
settled into creating an actual small biosphere. I think they could
be a very helpful partner in creating Icepick with us - they need the
volunteers as well. We could both benefit from this joint effort.
