I thought I'd offer my own server http://www.ghiamonster.com/ev_videos.htm as a potential repository for EV videos though I'm afraid my bandwidth is only going to be a couple hundred kbps upstream being just a cable modem and already heavily taxed.
I can digitize 8mm or VHS here though the later will almost certainly result in a degraded quality. I also have a miniDV camcorder but it's in need of repair. I expect to have it fixed soon, however, and will be able to digitize at that time. The formats I typically target are WMV and ASF which are playable with the Windows Media Player available for Windows and MAC though I'm willing to produce other formats if there is a desire for it. In any case, my server may be used for hosting purposes. Enjoy the races!
