I towed my front-wheel-drive EV over 600 miles with no problem. It was direct drive (no clutch or transmission), so there was no way to decouple the motor from the wheels. I just disconnected the motor wiring and towed it. I initially had a problem with the front end alignment being set for essentially zero caster. This made the EV's front wheels not want to follow the tow vehicle. I re-aligned it before the trip. -- Lee A. Hart Ring the bells that still can ring 814 8th Ave. N.
