I have a set of 12 Powercheqs, mounted on a nice box with both male and female AMP 15-conductor plugs available. The box is set up so that you can plug the Powercheq box into the car and plug monitoring equipment into the other connector (I have a second box with 13 voltmeters on it). This was set up for my 13-battery Solectria Force and I used it for about a year, then decided to change the car over to NiCDs. The NiCDs are 6 volt modules so the Powercheqs aren't applicable anymore. The Powercheqs' wires run into the box, where I have a couple of barrier terminal strips and the Powercheqs are tied to these with terminals. A very nice, neat installation. This box is just sitting in the shop now; If anyone's interested in it, let me know off-list. -Tom Thomas Hudson http://portdistrict5.org -- 5th District Aldermanic Website http://portev.org -- Electric Vehicles, Solar Power & More http://portgardenclub.org -- Port Washington Garden Club http://portlightstation.org -- Light Station Restoration
