No; Toyota builds the "power split device" themselves. It isn't really a transmission; it's just a gearbox. Think of it as a second "differential", where the ICE turns one axle, an electric motor the other axle, and second electric motor the pinion shaft (which also connects the main differential's pinion). -- Lee A.
