If you want any input on that, We are in Idaho and have put in a solar water system for our heat and culinary/domestic hot water. We have a great system, pay nothing for heat, use <75gal propane a year for cooking etc, and have an electric bill about $10/mo. (and our winters can see temps of 30 below)! pam ohearn
