An EV drive system manufacturer is required to provide the RFI or
any electrical emissions data (spectrum, intensity, etc.). I do have
such specs for my inverters. One need to consult with pacemaker
manufacturer if such emissions have any potential impact on their
device.

This is serious liability issue. If someone (like elderly EV
passenger) dies because pacemaker failed due to unshielded power
wiring, this is not the kind of publicity we need.

I looked through a customer manual for OEM Ranger EV and don't recall
seeing any mentioning that pacemaker users cannot be near it.

How about EV1?

You'd think GM would warn the people if this would be potentially
costly to GM issue.

Any EV-1 leasees out there: was there a question whether you have a
pacemaker in your application for qualifying to lease EV-1?
