I wonder if this is due to the temperature-compensated voltage limit
that Saft specifies?  As the modules get warmer the voltage limit goes
down.  They may get a better charge in colder weather.

What do you have for battery cooling?

My pack is resting about 132v in the morning.  I haven't had them up
and running in cold weather yet.  I'll know in a few months though...
