I have found a way to get a front light on the 3 wheel cart so I can register it. I found a generic Tiwanese headlight. It accepts standard halogen 3 prong bulbs. As far as I know these range from 55-60 watt versions to a 35/35 watt version. If anyone knows of a 15/25 version let me know. The headlight is 41 dollars with a bulb inside. It also has a high beam indicator. A 35/35watt replacement is 17 dollars. Lawrence Rhodes....
